Allow La Rochelle Tours to take you on a scenic journey along the fruit orchards of the Grabouw and Elgin areas and then across the mountains to the Walker Bay area where you’ll see the majestic mammals of the ocean, the Southern Right Whale.

Today Hermanus is the whale capital of South Africa – celebrated each year with the Whale Festival during the month of September. Home to the best land based whale watching in the world, this little village gives you the perfect opportunity to search for souvenirs.

En route you will experience highlights such as a scenic drive over the Sir Lowry’s pass with its views of False Bay. You will also experience a wine tasting at the well known Paul Cluver Estate.

On your way back you will pass some beautiful holiday villages and enjoy the coastal route’s many great views.

Guests will be collected from their hotels or guest houses.
